About Me

Johndeep More is a singer/actor originally from Walsall (near Birmingham UK) but moved six years ago to the smokey capital! Whilst studying English and Drama at Brunel University in West London, he discovered a real passion for music, singing and performance. Although this hovered during his teens, it had never been at the fore-front of his ambitions.During his second year, he discovered his voice, and was encouraged by University friends to pursue it, so he did. On a whim, a year later he applied for a course at the Royal Academy Of Music in London, got accepted and won a scholarship.During RAM, he was involved in various shows, cabaret's and competitions. Since leaving he made it to the semi-final's of BBC Voice Of Musical Theatre, has been involved in show's such as "Assassins" at the Bridewell Theatre, recorded solo on a gospel album for Decca Records/Universal and most recently made it as a finalist from over 10,000 auditionees in BBC1's "Any Dream Will Do" - Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's search for the next Joseph (which has now been solved)" I feel somewhat blessed and lucky to have discovered something, however late, that I love and want to do for the rest of my life (without the cliche of course)!!! Music for me is about passion, expression and truth, and that's what I think about and feel when I do it. "
