About Me

I've been playing guitar since I was 12, but been performing in front of people since I was born. Seriously! I LOVE PLAYING LIVE!! I do session work as a guitarist and vocalist around the North Dakota/Minnesota area and also play in a local Bismarck band called One Card Short. What can I say ...I'm a thirty four-year-old gear junkie! I love guitars, amps, pedals, and pretty much anything else that incoporates great tone and takes up space in my house.I'm also a Telecommunications consultant during the day (I have to pay for the gear somehow) which is nice, but I will always consider myself a musician first. More importantly, I am very loving and proud father of my son, Eyan. I am a very lucky and blessed person!

My Interests

Aside from performing, recording, and writing; I'm also a very proud father, as well as a total movie nut. I also try my best to work out and stay fit. Gotta love the stair climber!!

Movies:

Anything by Mel Brooks! especially Blazing Saddles. Slap Shot, Caddyshack, Animal House, Blues Brothers,Anchor Man,Happy Gilmore, Matrix, Any movie with Reese Witherspoon in it!! - I also like the classics like Breakfast at Tiffany's. Audrey Hepburn is timeless!

Television:

I 'm kind of a night owl so I watch mostly the "Girls Gone Wild" infomercials that are on from like 2-3:30am on every channel. I know what your thinking...Sad!

Books:

The only time I really get to read any books lately has been with my son (he's 9)... so I'm going to have to go with the Harry Potter books. Does Vintage Guitar and Maxim count?

Heroes:

Anyone who has been able to beat alcholism and addidiction and come out alive!! My dad. His patience as a father and work ethic as a man is incredible!! Oh...and Moses.
