Out of the ashes of Planet Earrl Studios comes drstudios.
I've worked with many Canadian artists including earrl, Jonathan Seet, Sarah Harmer, Autumneve,The Hellz Kitchen Show, Kick me Kenneth, Diana Zitmanis, Rocketface, Grindig, Producer Pete Prelisnik, Brilliantfish, The Autodidacts, AIE/The Soles, and many others.
The Studio is now in my house outside of Toronto. The recording environment lends itself to creativity. A very relaxed setting with all the amenities of home. The studio gear is a mix of Analog and Digital Technology, including a 24track 2" MCI, Avalon, Focusrite and Midas Preamps.
On the Digital side, RME Converters, Mac computer and Logic Audio Software.
There is also a number of vintage guitar amplifiers, and a house drumkit.
The control room is large, there is a main drum room, plus 4 isolation rooms for fully isolated band performances.I'm also a multi instrumentalist, but guitar is my main instrument. I enjoy working with singer/songwriters and helping flesh out ideas.
