Well, it all started when we were young and homeless with music as our only chance of escaping the drudgery we were born into. Chris's parents were circus bods, who wanted her to become a trapese. While still supple enough to climb out of 10"x10" toilet windows, Chris decided that putting down some killer recorder beats was more her calling. Elaine was the first in her family to go to university...as a female kind of rough trade, offering herself to 'bedders' - what Cambridge students called the maids, and for a very good reason. It was while bedding one of the bedders, that she discovered how high her vocal chords can take her, and swiftly moved onto a singing career. Pavla hails from the fields of Eastern Europe. Having refused to follow her family as wandering sugarbeet traders, she moved to London to take pictures of naked ladies for tuppence an hour, before finding a MacBook during a dumbster diving adventure near a Tesco in Wood Green and putting Garage Band to bad use. Together, we became the next worst thing. Luckily we realised we're fucking FANTASTIC DJs and started that instead - we'll even do yr dad's party for a packet of crisps and a pale ale.
