The Four members of Jon Jones and the Beatniks Movement have come together over the past year with a desire to make music that was far from the usual "telecaster twang" of today’s rock scene.
A tight and extremely inventive rhythm section, Stefan and Bob, form the backbone of the band, followed by a heavy minded rock'n'roll guitarist Giles and then fronted by screaming long haired lout Irish Joe combines to make a sound which is close "Musical equivalent to an epileptic fit".
With enough passion, drive and determination to kill an elephant, Jon Jones and the Beatniks Movement are slowly but surely climbing their way to recognition and raising more than a few eyebrows.
