Currently I hold the All Time World Record Bench @ 706.6 lbs at a body weight of 181.5 lbs, (converted to kilos = 320.5kb @ 82.4kg) I'm the lightest man to ever bench 700lbs!!! I train at Westside Barbell, (columbus, OH) But I owe most of my succes to Scott Vickery my trainer who is the greatest lift-off man and a good friend.
