My name is Mike Wolfe I am 33 yrs old and happily married to my best friend Chasity. We have 2 kids Damon who is 12 and Caity who is 9.
I am a now fully retired professional Bench Presser based out of Westside Barbell in Columbus Ohio. I was coached by Powerlifting Guru Louie Simmons and trained by Bench Press legend George Halbert.
I am now a full time Coach training a good crew out of Muscleheads gym in Celina Ohio. We train every Weds and Sunday. I train directly with the guys to assure they are doing everything right.
The 420 pounds Monster that everyone grew to love is Dead and will never rise again. But a new Leaner Fitter and Sexier Beast is here to stay.
My goals now are to continue to focus solely on cutting weight and getting down to 210 pounds. I'm currently sitting in the low 270's down a 150 pounds from the start.I am also focusing on my sons Bench now and getting his name out there. Look for him to be breaking some teen records soon.
