The Scarlett D.Gray are born in January 2006 from the womb of other musical groups. After an year of incubation, during which they have written various original songs, the band gets in the recording study to record its first single:"Wishing". The following step is obviously the Live performance, to which the Scarlett D.Gray will land after resolving some bureaucratic problems that are slowing down their debut ... Now some short insight on the band! All the musicians of the Scarlett D.Gray have a common denominator: in fact each of them has played with one or more of the other members of the band in various other formations, gathering then in this last one. Let's explain this better: - Nicola and Andrea have played together in the "Triora" band - Daniele and Marzia have participated,with their collaboration, to a plan of Andrea, the Redwood Trees. - Paolo, Nicola and Daniele have played together in the Silverence. - Marzia and Daniele have played together in the Good Old Bumba. This is rather curious, isn't it? It seems in fact that for some mysterious reason they all have found each other again to play together... The alchemy coming from having played in various bands different types of music, added to a common love for the Gothic, gives to this formation one particular chemistry, putting the peculiarities of each musician to the service of the desired sound. What derives from this, is a particular Gothic that winks at: metal, classic music, electronics and lyric... all conceived under a rocking key, in order to make the sound extremely involving and simple for everyone to listen to. Saying this, it only remains for me to leave you to the listening of their first single one, also because I'm sure that many of you have already enough of reading , while the others will be asking which is the result of the union of the different types of music of which I have spoken a paragraph more above... -Gli Scarlett D.Gray nascono nel Gennaio del 2006 dalle viscere di altri gruppi musicali.
Dopo un anno di incubazione,nel quale vengono scritte diverse songs originali, la band entra in studio d’incisione per registrare il suo primo singolo:Wishing.
La tappa successiva è ovviamente il live, al quale gli Scarlett D.Gray approderanno dopo aver risolto alcuni problemi burocratici che ne stanno rallentando l’uscita…Adesso qualche breve cenno sulla band!I musicisti degli Scarlett D.Gray hanno un comune denominatore,infatti ognuno di loro ha suonato con uno o più membri della band in diverse altre formazioni riunendosi poi in quest’ultima.Mi spiego meglio:- Nicola e Andrea suonavano insieme nei Triora.
- Daniele e Marzia hanno partecipato collaborando ad un progetto di Andrea, i Redwood Trees.
- Paolo ,Nicola e Daniele suonavano insieme nei Silverence.
- Marzia e Daniele suonavano insieme nei Good Old Bumba.Curiosa come cosa,vero?
Sembra infatti che per qualche arcano motivo i nostri si siano ritrovati a suonare tutti insieme…
L’alchimia data dall’aver suonato in band parallele diversi generi,sommata ad un amore comune per il gothic,dona a questa formazione una chimica particolare mettendo le peculiarità di ogni musicista al servizio del sound voluto.
Ciò che ne deriva è un particolare gothic che fa l’occhiolino a:metal,musica classica,elettronica e lirica…il tutto concepito in chiave rocckeggiante per far si che il suono risulti estremamente coinvolgente e semplice all’ascolto,da chiunque.
Detto questo,non mi resta che lasciarvi all’ascolto del loro primo singolo,anche perché sono sicuro che molti di voi si saranno già stufati di leggere e altri si staranno chiedendo quale sia il risultato dato dell’unione dei generi di cui ho parlato un capoverso più in alto…La song che state ascoltando è Wishing, prendetene e godetene tutti e…sotto con i commenti! ;-)
