Reproductive Justice is fab!

About Me

The Civil Liberties and Public Policy Program is a reproductive rights organization that trains, educates, and inspires new leaders, organizers, and supporters nationwide.CLPP is located at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and since its beginnings in 1981, has been educating and training students and young people about reproductive rights. CLPP is also expanding the reach and impact of the movement by connecting reproductive rights to women’s health, economic and racial justice, queer rights, environmental justice, peace and security, disability rights, and immigrants’ rights.
Our programs include:
Annual Conference : From Abortion Rights to Social Justice: Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom, March 30-April 1, 2007 at Hampshire College
Summer Internship Program : Paid summer internships for Amherst, Hampshire, Mount Holyoke, Smith, UMass at Amherst and Greenfield & Holyoke Community College students at reproductive rights and social justice organizations.
New Leadership Networking Initiative : A network of young diverse activists working at reproductive rights and related social justice organizations.
CLPP Newsletter : Our biannual newsletter covers topics related to reproductive justice and is aimed at young activists and students. Our newsletter can be accessed on our website.
