About Me

Myspace Layouts by Pimp-My-Profile.com

I scream in Sainsburys. Doesn't everyone?I'm also a great friend of Ted Beddo, that sauve, sexy, furry little groover in the friends section below! Unfortunately, he's enamoured of someone else, (the swanky, sultry, serendipitous, Tedette L'dette, managed to get her hooks into him before I could! So I had to settle for the guy in the flowery hat instead)!Hey, don't get me wrong, Tedette's a friend of mine, and I adore the guy in the flowery hat, truly, I do: I'm crazy about him actually, (even if he is a bit strange!), but well, you know, I've always had a bit of thing for old Ted, so I have to admit to being just a little bit heart-broken when the bint with the bow stole his heart away! Still, we're the best of friends now, so no hard feelings eh Tedette?Aside from that, when I'm not trailing the universe in my rocket, I paint a bit, (well, quite a lot actually), make wands, circlets, head garlands, incense, amulets, green man stones, and assorted other bits and pieces. I also do other stuff, but I'm not sure I can remember what, now. Oh well, there you go. No doubt it'll come back to me one of these days! (It's all that shuttling about the in the universe you know. It addles the brain)!I'd like to meet Godzilla because she KICKS ASS, and I suspect she's a woman after my own heart!

Off whenever possible! (Although I'll admit to one or two obsessions)! I will confess at least, to Highlander (the Aidrian Paul series), Charmed (yes, I know, tragic isn't it????), Black Books (one of the best things to ever come out of TV), The Green Wing, Blackadder (another best thing), Monty Python's Flying Circus, Dragons Den, The Wooden Tops, and - probably the best thing to come out of TV in the history of mankind - : The Magic Roundabout!

Books:

If Amazon, Abe, Barnes and Noble, Waterstones, Dillons, Blackwells and their counter-parts have got it, then I'll probably want it!

Heroes:

In the Divine realms: Isis, Hathor, Bast, Sehkmet, Artemis, Athene, Demeter, Persephone, Hecate, Kali, Durga, Ceridwen, Rhiannon, the Morrigan, Brigit, Morgan of Avalon. Forster, Oscar Wilde, Emily Bronte, Jane Austen, Storm Constantine, Charles de Lint, Tanith Lee, Mary Shelly, Kit Berry, Richard Bach, Robert Holdstock, Terry Windling, Emma Bull, Andrew Harvey, Peter Quiller, Lois Bourne, Sybil Leek ........ as below, the full list would be endless! Other humans: Hamish Miller and Paul Broadhurst, Dick Turpin and Sixteen Strings Jack, Margaret Rutherford, Joyce Grenfell, Alistair Sim, Sophia Loren, Katherine Hepburn, Stephen Fry, Peter Sellers, Spike Milligan, Michael Bentine, Richard Curtis, Bill Bailey. In the musical realms: Adam Faith (what can I tell you? I was in love with him when I was 3)! Peter Noone (replaced Adam Faith when I was 5)! Marc Bolan, (ousted both of them when I was 11)! David Bowie, Alice Cooper (stopped the clocks when I was twelve, and been in love with him ever since!) Bruce Springsteen (still gorgeous), Paul Weller (fantastic musician), Joe Strummer (ditto), Depeche Mode, Chris Rea (another favourite), Donovan (love of my life), Bob Dylan, Damh the Bard, Joan Baez, Joni Mitchel, Lesley Duncan, Debbie Harry, Kate Bush, Shakespear's Sister (remember them??), Shakira, (all sublime: which just goes to show men aren't the only ones with talent)!! But really, the list of musicians just goes on and on ............... there would never be enough room for them all!! Miscellaneous oddities: Baloo the Bear, Toad of Toad Hall, Spotty Dog (that would be Spotty Dog as in the Wooden Tops, not Spot the Dog - ugh! Dreadful creature)! Little Weed, Archie and Mehitabel, Thomas O'Malley, Eyeore, tigger, Winnie the Pooh, and Dylan the Rabbit, (the most brilliant 'stoned' rabbit of all time! EVER! God only knows what Florence and Zeberdee were on though)!!!
