Shawn Crowder

Hey, thanks for stopping by. I'm Shawn, and I play drums. Most recently, I have been performing and recording with Running Five and the Nick O'Connor Band while studying Drum Set Performance and Music Business at the Berklee College of Music. Both groups have CD's available, so be sure to visit the band pages (links are in my "Top Friends" below) for information on purchasing our music! I have also performed with the Colorado All-State Jazz Band, Colorado's All-State Concert and Symphonic Bands, the Longmont All-Star Jazz Band, the Blue Knights (drumline), the Good News Blues Band, Some Assembly Rekwired, and the Ballroom Groove Company, among others. I've had the fortune of studying with the incredible drummer and teacher Mike Mangini for the past 2 years. Mike has had a tremendous impact on me and my drumming. Over the years, I've also studied with Terri Lyne Carrington, Kenwood Dennard, Jon Powers, Art Lande, and Christian Teele, to name a few.
