About Me
I could shout before I could talk, like everyone else. My parents, both doctors, teach me very early how to use a stethoscope and I listen for hours the tick-tock of the clock, the purring of the cat and the conversations of the neighbours.Then I start to record cassettes of experimental music on a dictaphone, blowing in pipes and drumming on bowls. Now I use a computer instead of a dictaphone, I record discs instead of cassettes and I play a set of objects and toys (drums, cymbals, bells, chains, balls, whistles, horns, sirens, flutes, flexitones, etc...), but I still enjoy making animation films for the ears.I studied electroacoustic composition with Christine Groult, worked with the dance and the cinema, released two albums (L'Echo & le Silence, Le Cancer du Nombril), played at the festival Densités (Verdun), the festival Musique Action (Vandoeuvre), the festival Les 100 Ciels (Nancy), Les Instants Chavirés (Montreuil), Le Théâtre du Saulcy (Metz), la Nuit Blanche de la Ville de Paris (Paris), the festival Licence (Paris), l'Archipel (Paris), the festival Futura (Crest), the Cinémathèque of Luxemburg (Luxemburg), the festival Maïs (Brussels), les Ateliers Mommen (Brussels), the Cinema Nova (Brussels), the club Le Madame (Warsau), the Teatr Stary (Lublin) and Ausland, the Exploratorium, the Club der polnischen Versager, the ACUD-Theater, the Alte Feuerwache, the club Aufsturz, the Open Space 32, l'Urbangi, das Rote Rathaus, die Raumerweiterungshalle, die Juno-Galerie, the Electronic Church (Berlin), etc... and worked with Jérôme Noetinger (electroacoustic), Keith Rowe (guitar), Xavier Charles (clarinet), Arnaud Paquotte (bass), Louis-Michel Marion (double-bass), René Le Borgne (percussions), Kristoff K.
