About Me

EUROPA CAFE ist a song-cycle composed by L.F. on literary texts. This project intends to show, how the classical european culture (from Don Quixotte to Faust or Alice's adventures Through the Looking-Glass) can be strange and at the same time enchanting. L.F. and the german guitarist Florian Segelke have arranged these texts in a modern way with a lot of respect and a slightly offbeat sense of humour. Coming soon: "Jabberwocky" (Lewis Carroll), "Dr Faustroll" (Alfred Jarry), "Inferno" (Dante Alighieri)... I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Band Members: Ludovic Fresse (vocals, percussions, electronics) studied composition in the Music Academy Pantin, leaded art projects in France, Belgium, Germany and Poland and released 4 albums / Florian Segelke (electric guitar) studied the guitar in Leipzig, Weimar and Berlin (Hanns-Eisler-Hochschule), played with several jazz and rock bands and won with his trio the MÃ¶bus-Jazz-Award.
