Born in Como in 1966 , Massimo studies since a very young age guitar and bass and graduates in doubblebass c/o “Giuseppe verdi†Accademy of Comoaly).Massimo is described as an eclectic musician, able to jump from one style to the other ( from jazz, to rock, to classic music, to gospel, to blues ect…) : He participated in several famous artists’ tours here in Italy, like:
Stewart Copeland (Police), Dee Dee Bridgewater, John Martyn, Level 42, Bob Geldof , Bryan Adams, Tito Gomez (european tour), John Davis, Linda Wesley, Paul Jeffrey, Michael Rosen, Ronnie Jones, Chad Wakerman …
and often plays in great international Gospel Choirs such ad the Greensleeves Gospel Choir from Varese ( Italy).
Italian Co-operations include:
Rossana Casale, Tullio De Piscopo, Gatto Panceri, Bruno Lauzi, Tosca, Enzo Iannacci, Enrico Ruggeri, Aida Cooper, Lucio Dalla, Francesco Baccini, Luca Ghielmetti, Laura Fedele and many others.
Massimo also partecipated to several jazz music festivals: Montreaux Jazz festival, Padova Jazz Festival, Lario Jazz Festival, German Festivals and others.
