Female with a focused interest in music. My primary instrument is my voice, my secondary instrument is drums. I bought myself a Fender Mustang bass a while back, so now I'm enjoying playing the bass guitar as well. I also play a bit guitar and a bit keyboard. I love writing my own lyrics and melodies. So far, I've mostly used my keyboard for composing the music. I have a rehearsal studio with a full backline and PA. The place I'm at (Øveriet) also has a pre-prod room set up for taping yourself on stage, which allows me audio- and video monitoring of my progress.I work concerts for Live Nation and 2007 has been a busy year; with Mötley Crüe, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, HIM, Rolling Stones, Muse, Rush, Dream Theater, Gwen Stefani, Zappa Plays Zappa, Arcade Fire, Kaiser Chiefs, Bruce Springsteen, Motörhead etc. I basically do catering, dressing rooms (rider req. A-Z) or/and clean-up DR when bigger acts come to town, and sometimes I do merch as well. Hard work and long hours absolutely, but also quite a learning experience :) 2008 is gonna be busier than 2007 btw; lots of great bands touring this year. Great !When I don't work or play, I listen to music, watch music or discuss music with whoever is there at the time. I do go to concerts as often as I can afford to, and I must say that it’s been quite a few of them.
I love travelling quite far distances (and meeting up with others) to go to concerts as well. You make many new friends this way, which is always great.Besides music I love horses and horseback riding. I have been riding for instruction for more than 7 years now, and enjoy it tremendously.
