Act Of Contempt was born in the end of 2006. We are the spawns of a selfdying band by the name of "Kaos kris & helvete". Due to boredom four out of five members decided to carry on under a new name and with a fresh sound.The music we play is a mix of all the things we love in the different hardcore genres. With the D-beat as our main inspiration and solid core.We recorded our first demo in november 2006. It contains six songs and the three tunes on this page are the results of those recording sessions.Our first gig took place at Skylten in Linköping 3/3 2007. The same year we also played at the punk/alternative festival Augustibuller together with other bands like Kvoteringen, Wolfbrigade, Burst, Rotten Sound, Discharge and more.If you want us to play at your venue, just send us a message and we´ll see if we can work it out!!The full demo or T-shirt can also be ordered by sending us a message.
