The purpose of this MySpace is to inform people about a write-in campaign to NBC about the discontinuation of the 3am Late Night with Conan O'Brien and "classic" Saturday Night Live reruns. - Beginning January 2, 2007, a new show called Poker After Dark was placed on the "NBC All Night" lineup at 2:05 A.M., which is then followed by the one-week-delayed Tonight Show rerun at 3:05 A.M. (Your affiliate's schedule may vary.) - This change in programming pushed the one-week-delayed 3am Late Night with Conan O'Brien reruns off the air. This means that some people are no longer able to watch Late Night at all, less viewership/ratings for the show, and no Late Night reruns on TV in the US except during the show's vacation weeks. - Poker After Dark is also airing in place of the weekly "classic" Saturday Night Live reruns (which aired on Saturdays following the new episode of SNL). This means that episodes of SNL much more than one year old are no longer aired on TV in the US. - Poker After Dark is additionally causing the Friday night Last Call with Carson Daly to be cut back from 60 minutes to 30 minutes, the same length it is every other night.
