GK MUSIC’S EVOCATIVE LISTENING FROM THE MASTERS OF MOOD PAINTING IN MUSIC
What more appropriate name for this creative studio, mood-painting in music in a smooth, evocative style that could only come from GK-Music. The popular german duo can boast their unique blend of compositional skill, musical dexterity and sheer accessibility. For those who don't already know, one of the most important artists of the GK Music Label is Nick Williams, the creation of two men in Germany, Domenico D’Angelo and Gerald Kauczor and a big partnership with the Seed of noise Studio in Perugia, Italy. Domenico and Gerry live and work in near Berlin, Germany. These 2 guys are wizards in the recording studio, they know their way around the keyboard and percussion instruments and have a knack for making CDs that Smooth Jazz and Chill-Out Fans seem to love. On all GK-Music projects, they write the songs and supervise the recording sessions. As usual, however, they get the most skillful help from their friends as for instance Giovanni Pannacci, a longtime collaborator and accomplished musician equally adept to do the arrangements, lay down the percussion and keyboard tracks. GK MUSIC’S smooth jazz is full of highlights: atmospheric chords supporting an improvisational keyboard line, all of it layered over a gently swinging rhythm track. The music choise is full of moods and impressions from the opening notes throughout the wohle track. Another cut, another mood. Together, Domenico D’Angelo, Gerald Kauczor and Giovanni Pannacci have achieved something rare: They've developed a unique style-and they've kept it fresh year after year.
