I've been lucky enough to tour all over the world and play on big tours like Ozzfest with different bands like Beautiful Creatures, Impellitteri, SX-10, and others. I do recording sessions for different artists. Kinda like a gun 4 hire. There's nothing better than to be in a band that's like bros and everybody is out to conquer the world.....but until I'm back in a situation that I feel good about, the hired gun thing will do.
I teach drums; at Musicians Institute in Hollywood (otherwise known as Percussion Institute of Technology or PIT) and at Los Angeles Music Academy in Pasadena. Basically I'm totally and completely addicted to music. Everything and anything. Anybody that has something negative to say about a certain artist or band I like, well, here's a big fuck you....I like what I like and that's it. Nobody has the market cornered on what they think is quality.
Other than the music stuff I'm a movie lover.....love everything from weird Indie flicks to your hollywood blockbusters. I love to hang and keep in touch with old friends and make new ones.....if someone has a handfull of people they call real friends then they're lucky...I'm one of those people.
Growing up and living in LA can be a trip sometimes....there's alot of people that try to pass themselves off as something they aren't but you just learn to laugh at it and deal or it will eat you alive. I can take it if you can.....
