Getting by and not falling too far behind. Yup...that bout sums it up.
I would still like to meet all the members of Outkast, Goodie Mob, The Roots, Jurasic 5 and Victor Vaughn aka MF Doom. I also wouldn't mind chilling with Oprah & Quentin Terrentino long enough to pitch them my book and screenplay ideas. I'd also like to spend some time comparing notes with authors Jared Diamond, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Philip K. Dick (RIP), William Gibson and Orson Scott Card. Let me get back to ya on any others I may come up with. Howboutdat?

Underground over commercial any day of the week ya dig? I am also into classic rock, Roots Reggae, some heavy metal (IE Metallica, Alice In Chains, Wolfmother), however you can safely classify me as an eternally devoted Hip Hop head from the old school of hard knocks, graduating class of '89.

PS - I know this section is titled Television, however 89.3 K.N.O.N. is the truth of the airwaves! My man DJ EZ Eddie D. holds it down every Saturday from 5pm - 7pm. IF you are not in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, tune in on the web @ knon.org because you are in need and just don't know it. Real talk ya'll.
I gave up trying to read "Neuromancer" by William Gibson. This book is one of his earlier works, so I can't hold it against him. Honestly I could never get a grasp on who the characters really were as the events in the book progressed. What a bitch of a read.In the meantime I have literally run through Orson Scott Card's ("Ender's Game" )series of books like crap through a goose. I finished "Shadow of the Giant" and "Speaker For The Dead." All great books. The last book I completed was titled "Cell" by Stephen King. Not your typical work from this author. It was fast paced from the jump and holds your attention throught the entire time you are reading it. Definitely a must read for any and all SK fans. G-yeah!
