I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I grew up in a fishing village in Cork harbour called Crosshaven. My first job was at a local farm picking potatoes. Next I worked in the oldest yacht club in the world across the road from my parents house, I was fourteen at the time and made friends with a girl on the sailing course called Tracy McCarthy. After that I did the pub and nightclub work that most Irish teenagers do, remaining friendly with Tracy Mc - on a "hi how are ya?" basis. I then went to sea for three years and after that I went to Poland for a year to teach English. During my time in Poland my son was born in a seaside town called Kolobrzeg, and I lost contact with most of my friends, including Tracy Mc. I returned to Ireland, worked in electronics, then robotics then, around nine years ago, decided to follow my dream and began work in the film industry, around this time I bumped into Tracy Mc at a halloween party and we got on like a house on fire as they say. Since then I have written and directed, produced, acted, managed productions, managed locations and directed photography. I have worked on short shorts, shorts, short features, features, music videos, documentaries and television adverts. I have worked with celebs from a to z : ) Last year I married Tracy Mc. Life is good! For those of you who have been asking, log on to www.youtube.com/conorslattery to see some of my work. my e-mail is [email protected]
