Band Members: George-Mario Batista sings, plays guitar, mandolin, bass guitar, and harmonica. In 2005 he ended the five year song writting, recording, live show relationship with Blue Valentine's only other founder and permanent member. At the time he had already reunited and recorded with his long-time ex- Infidel Band mate /leader, and best friend Michael Martin.Last spring Mario and Mike also had the pleasure to play and work with their long time hero and friend "Willie Nile at SXSW. Together and apart Michael and George have opened shows for Los Lobos, Dave Mason, Al Stewart, Bob Dylan, Steve Forbert, the Alarm, the Call, Lyle Lovett, the Subdudes, Alejandro Escovedo, John Dee Graham, The Lords of the New Church, Book Of Love, Rick Danko, Blue Rodeo, Willie Nile, Vic Chesnutt, etc...
