Here is what happened so far....
I moved to LA in 2003 from home town Istanbul, Turkey. I've been a musician
for as long as I remember, but hey who is not?
I studied guitar in MI London
and jazz composition at Istanbul Bilgi University. I toured around Europe, playing
for crowds ranging from hundred to hundred thousand. Lately I've been mostly
in the studio, a little break from tour buses and jet lags I guess. I produced
a bunch of albums, few sold over a million.
I love film music, I composed,arranged and recorded for films and TV shows such as Asmali Konak, Warzone, Sleeper Cell,etc.
As a sound engineer I have worked with people like Lionel Richie, Kenan Dogulu, etc. I'm still a member of the executive committee for AES, Los Angeles. Right now, I'm playing with the latin jazz band, Moonriff and just finished producing Kutsal's new album with Jimmy Waldo (Quite Riot, Alcatrazz).
