With the bone crunching rhythm guitar of Steve Bochenek mixed with the ear-splitting lead guitar sound of Joey Azzopardi, Unit 6's guitar section is the ultimate back bone of this hard hitting rock outfit...
Holding the beat with his thunderous heart thumping drumming, Toby prides himself in deafening both the band and the crowd!
Filling up the rhythm section on Bass is Geoff. When it comes to the backbone guitar that supports the rest, Geoff steps up to the plate with his ball to the wall Bass!
Fronting the band with his his powerful vocals, mighty bar tabs and trail of broken hearts longer than any Hawaiian summer, is Jayden who brings forth Unit 6's decadent edge.
**Unit 6: The end of an era**
After roughly 18 months, 22 gigs, and an albums worth of songs, Unit 6 has sadly come to an end.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to those who have supported us throughout our time on the Melbourne scene, including our loved ones and also the many bands who we have played with in our time.
Sadly our time has come to part ways and to seek alternate musical paths.
However we believe in our music and for that reason we will keep our MySpace page up and running, and who knows? There might be a time when we will return to our old ways and rock out once again.
Until, and if that time comes we would to like to hope that our music will live on in one way or another.
