About Me

I'm a DJ for 97X, which is just about the best job I could ever possibly think of having.
In addition to normal jock duties, I'm currently hosting two specialty shows.
SUNDAY SCHOOL: Sundays at 8pm, old-school alternative.
LOCAL MOTION: Sundays at 11pm, local music.

I'm so busy on Sundays I don't even have time for church! I'm going to Hell. Yay!

And I grew up listening to metal, so lots of Maiden, Priest, and just about anything over 10 years old from Sweden.

Movies:

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is far and away my number one. Anything indie and/or interesting follows. Not-so-guilty pleasures are Airheads (the movie that made me want to be a dj) and PCU.

Television:

Six Feet Under, Deadwood, Carnivale (R.I.P.), Arrested Development (also R.I.P... not a good year for shows I like), Family Guy, The Simpsons, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Boondocks.

Books:

Slaughterhouse-5, Catch-22, Ragtime, A Hundred Years of Solitude, music mags (Blender, Rolling Stone, Spin, etc.)

Heroes:

Anyone who makes a living in this business without selling their soul.
