So, here goes!!The best mother in the entire world, who else but my mother, of course, started entering me in beauty pageants when I was just a baby girl! I loved participating in these pageants so much that I continued to compete in these types of events until I turned 18 years old. The last beauty pageant that I participated in was the Miss Tennessee Teen USA where I placed in the top 10. This was the first beauty pageant that I had ever entered that had a swimwear portion. Up to this point in my pageant career I had only had to compete in evening wear. I absolutely loved the swimwear portion, so from that moment on, I turned my focus to swimwear contests instead of beauty pageants. I began competing in the Venus Swimwear and Hawaiian Tropic swimwear contests, along with many, many more at the age of 18. So, now I've just been enjoying competing in bikini contests all around the U.S.I attended my freshman year of college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. I moved back to Nashville, TN after my freshman year and attended Volunteer State Community College for one semester. After that, I headed to Tampa, FL where I began attending the University of South Florida. I also began attending real estate school at the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in Tampa, FL in 2002. Later that year I acquired the Florida Real Estate Salespersons license. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a finance degree in December of 2004.I Love to travel and meet new people! I think that traveling around to different parts of the world and meeting new people is the most exhilarating thing a person can do to broaden their minds. I also enjoy boating and jet-skiing. I absolutely love hip-hop, R&B, and Reggae music.Currently I am working on becoming a very successful female rapper! I have been traveling to Denver, CO to work in a recording studio there. So far, I've recorded four songs. I'm really excited about breaking into the music industry. All of my life, one of my main goals has been to have a career that I prosper at, but at the same time, love doing. Rapping is the one thing that I 100% love doing. Although I want to make it to the top, if I don't for some reason, then at least I can say I did something that I truly loved and believed in.My greatest inspiration is my mother. She has always taught me to believe in myself, follow my dreams, work hard, and aim for the sky. I truly believe in the words: "Life is like a field of freshly fallen snow, be careful how you step because every step will show", which is one of my all-time favorite quotes.Since graduating from USF in FL, I've felt the need to move on to bigger and better things. So, in July of 2005 I picked up and moved out to Hollywood, Hills that is!! Yep, I'm living in the Hollywood Hills while concentrating on getting my music career going. I will continue modeling while in LA as well. This is a big change for me so far, but I love change! Keep your fingers crossed for me and may God bless you all!Love,Charity Hodges..
