Recipe for sunday lunch: Saute, in olive oil, 2 chopped onions and 5 cloves garlic (minced). When onions are transparent, add 1 KG of lamb, a few dried cloves, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbs of paprika, cumin, pepper and salt to taste. Let it fry for a few minutes. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 45 mins. Add more water if needed. Serve in a dish with bread on bottom and fresh mint on top.
