Continuing his independent Los Angeles Hip Hop tradition since 2000, K984 Create To Devastate is set to release the worlds first Graffiti Rap "enhanced mixtape(tm)" "Urban Jungle Green volume 1" mixed by Dj Selekta Fada of Long Beach via www.myspace.com/k984 in Europe this spring. Creating new video and film pieces, K984 is now in Europe working on his next albums with the likes of Takbir of Fort Minor, Rakaa Iriscience of Dilated Peoples, Dj Vadim, Defari of tha Alkoholiks and others. Its been rumored that he is preparing a tour in support of Urban Jungle Green volume 1.

K984 Create To Devastate is a well respected Los Angeles artist not only for having shared the stage with some of the most legendary Hip Hop artist of today such as Iriscience (Dilated Peoples), Killah Priest (Wu-Tang), Dj Babu and Rhetmatic (Beat Junkies), Digital Underground, Dj Rafik (world champion Lordz of Fitness), Defari (tha Alkoholiks), 2Mex, Awol, Vast Aire (Cannibol Ox / Def Jux), Fat Hed, Shape Shifters, Black Silver (Analog Bros.), Dj Vadim, Project Blowed... K984 hails from the Los Angeles underground of Graffiti art. He is one of the main member of LA's best (and surprisingly tiny) graffiti art crew "C2D". Alongside members such as Mear One, Iriscience (Dilated Peoples, Rock Steady), Black Silver (Analog Bros.), legendary Dj Rob one (Zulu Nation), Liquidano, Mek One (wca, fly id), legendary Sk8 one... K984 has been a major contribution and catalyst to the Los Angeles Hip Hop community since the late 1980s. Recognized for being an O.G., pioneer and innovator in Graffiti and Hip Hop K984 came out on the last two Exvandalz albums "Industry Standard" and "Docile Takeover" with the graffiti power anthems "Create 2 Devastate" (with Iriscience and Black Silver) and "Style Messiahs" (with Mek one, Dee Skee and Perk). As an alternative to gang violence and hard drugs, (besides the occasional extreme metal and hardcore punk rock show.) illegal graffiti art was the perfect combination of sport, creative / destructive outlet, and respect earner, saving his own and countless of other youths lives in the ultra violent gang infested Los Angeles inner city. One of his greatest graffiti achievements besides being up in the U.S. and Europe in 1988 was to paint the first Graffiti Burner in his mother and only parent's homeland, the newly independent Republic of Lithuania in January 1993. K984's creativity and self education in painting guerilla murals got him a nearly free ride in the prestigious California Institute of the Arts "CalArts" and University of the Arts - Berlin "UdK-Berlin" were he studied and earned degrees in filmmaking, music and fine arts. As catalyst in Europe and Los Angeles for over a decade K984 is cofounder of www.killradio.org (see LA weekly's front page article in 2000), creator of the "Fe-Ra-Fu-Ki" festivals 1, 2 & 3 as well as the founder of "the Grand Duchy" publishing and hardcore multimedias(tm), and countless international collaborations.
