Hmmm... i wouldnt mind meeting some of the biggest and most horrible world leaders and selfish fat business men and tiny disgusting people who take on their frustrations on innocent beings like children, animals or weaker people and abuse them in many different ways, some scientists who engage in the most stupid experiments and tests, drug lords and corrupt or violent bastards of any sort and be able to pick them all up and throw them all in some sort of container and dump them all somewhere, preferably, on a remote planet and kindly allow them to eat each other alive... now... on the other hand i would LOVE to meet the WORLD itself... all cultures and languages... all smiles and faces... all landscapes and colours... all sounds and smells and food... its my biggest dream to be able to visit every single bit of this amazing place we call PLANET EARTH...! ♥

MY PRETTY CREATIONS... -A DESIGN- HANDMADE JEWELLERY♥I started making jewellery when i was a young teenager... first for fun, then to pay my summer holidays away from home and more and more i became passionate about it. Im really fascinated with stones and i love glass work and metals. I did a working course on silver jewellery a few years ago and one of my future projects is to have my own silver workshop... just gotta get all the tools and a space together. A couple of years ago i decided what i really wanted to do everyday of my life was playing with beads and colours and creating pretty things. I love to mix all kinds of materials and experiment/create new techniques. With some help i invested seriously in materials, got a cosy studio space at my boyfriends workshop and started my business. People loved it! All items are unique which makes them very special. Got a few trendy shops interested in having my work and been growing ever since. I also do private jewellery parties at peoples houses, which can be quite fun, and sometimes go to fayres and crafts markets. I have some super cool new projects related with creative fashion running but more details on them later... they arent out yet. To work with something i love was one of the best decisions i ever made... it puts a smile on my face every single day...!♥

THE MANDINGA PROJECT♥This is my my brand new project!!! Its still a new born so its still small but growing solid all the time! One of my life passions are... clothes! I simply love clothes! Thats what i was doing in school... art and design and fashion design... and thats what i wanted to be when i was a teenager... a fashion designer. Well... its never to late to try...!
♥ THE LOGO
♥The MANDINGA project is a clothes project with an eco twist. All items are made of recycled fabrics but finished off and decorated with new materials... beads, stones and cute apliqués. There are super nice sexy tops with all kinds of trendy cuts, skirts, dresses, hats, bags, belts, etc, etc... all unique and super special. Gaynor... my delicious friend... takes care of the sewing... i take care of the decorations and matching items... we both do the design part and get the ideas going... and... voilá... the sweetest girly pieces come out. I love it! We plan to hit the shops this summer but its not a hundred per cent sure that we will manage to do it in time... things tend to take longer than desired and we are both really busy bunnys! But... girls... and boys... be ready... MANDINGA will be out soon! I will put some photos up when i have some...

♥ If you are into funky hip hops, jazzy grooves, reggae vibes, bouncy beats, kinky popcorn music specials with boogaloo shingalings on funky breaks and hard beats, latin and afro house and soulful rythms then you will most likely enjoy my dj sets. I have always been into music... i cant BE without it... i need it...!!!! As a teen of the 80s and 90s i was into the real punk rock, skate core, hard core, straight edge, ska punk bands and all that type of super cool rocking music... but also loved reggae, the doors and a lot of the 60s and 70s stuff... ah, and of course, beastie boys and red hot chilly peppers when they first showed up. As an activist, anarchist and punk rocker i had my serious doubts about the electronic music of the early 90s... it just wasnt my thing then. With time and travelling and sharing new experiences and accepting new changes i finally hit the clubs and clubbing hit me... i was hooked and i loved it. Only when i came back to portugal in 96 i discovered outdoor rave parties... it changed my life and i can say it was one the best things that ever happened to me...! I met this amazing group of people called STARFISH and they were putting up some of the 1st rave parties around here. Portugal had never seen anything like it...!!!! It was awesome...! STARFISH UNDERGROUND SOUND parties were (and still are) groovy and sweet and happy and special and full of nice people. There was lots of juggling (which i became totally addicted to) and people showing off their wicked talents. These parties were normally in the middle of nowhere where we could just let go and go crazy...! They were full of happy hippies and travellers and nutters that were there to have fun...! And thats where i started getting into the electronic side of music where i am today. STARFISH was mainly set up by Jane and Steves family and some close friends and nowadays they are still putting up wicked parties around here. Jane, Steve, Sam, Joe, Olly and Charlie will always have a super special place in my heart and will forever be a truly inspiration in many subjects of my life! I adore them! Since '96 ive been so lucky to meet so many good djs of all sorts of styles of music that have taken me through super funky journeys and have inspired my heart with a million sounds and couloured my life with a million colours! Thank you all!!! And so... these are the roots of MY MUSIC... i started playing out some years ago after another top dj and good friend called Steve aka SKUFF heard me playing at a friends bday party. He invited me to do a trial night at a bar in Sagres called DROMEDARIO, where he plays often, and it all went well. Then i discovered that one of my favourite things in life is to get people dancing! I sort of keep the dj thing as more of an hobby than a lifestyle cause it is a serious lifestyle and one that goes against my home rythm and all my other work. My life would start going crazy if i would be constantly living by night and Bas is living in the day and i also need day hours to be in my workshop and play with my stones and beads and things. So i try to keep it under control. But one things for sure... i love playing my tunes... I love my music... it makes my heart glow and gives soooooo much energy...!♥

♥ MY MONKEY
♥What can i say...?! Paulo is simply my favourite person in the whole world...! Not only because hes my son... and, ooh yeah, im a very proud mama... but also because he is really adorable... sweet... hilarious... and the best company... ah, did i forget GORGEOUS...!!!!! Wherever we are... whatever we are doing... we are sure to be laughing and having a top time... i love to hang out with him or go out anywhere and anytime... I LOVE HIM...!!!! Paulo is 15 and a real scorpio monkey. Hes spending his second year in Lisbon studying and playing basketball in the BIG team BENFICA. Although he is a little far from home and living a very busy, super hectic life he is a happy monkey doing what he loves best... and thats the most important...! Play on player...!!!! Paulo has a beautiful sweet girlfriend called Iolanda and shes is truly adorable... my monkey has a super good taste! They met at basketball... shes on the girls team... and they have been together for almost a year... my sweeties! Paulo is into all kinds of sports, music and beatboxing ( hes a wicked beatboxer himself ), hes into cars and tunning, cinema and dancing, beach and holidays, shopping and shops and goodies, mountain biking and off road sports, skateboarding and radical sports, games and game divices ( not only playing but actually designing them ), grafitti and urban culture in general... he loves drawing and recently hes started being interested in computer graphics... he loves his friends and to hang out with them... and obviously... with so much talent and sweetness he is adored by all the ladys and all his friends... and, i totally agree with them... my monkey is a true gem...! Go monkey, go!♥

♥ MY PUSS
♥My sweet loving man! Together we are perfection... our souls became one and it just feels right... i love my puss like i have never loved no one and it feels amazing.... he brings me PEACE and makes me be ME...! Bas is dutch... he loves the portuguese laidback sunny lifestyle and after he came for an holiday years ago he decided to comeback and settle. We have been together for almost 6 years now... and we plan to stay that way for a delicious eternity...! He has many different skills and he uses them in style...! He loves nature and our land and he takes care of it with his soul... give him his streamer or his chainsaw and hes a happy bunny. Hes good with lots of things... from gardening to water and electricity and building and u name it...! Hes into physics and science and new technologies and he can fix hardly everything electric, mechanic or electronic (he studyed to be a biomedical technician... aka the cold blooded doode that fixes medical equipment that has gone wrong in the middle of an open heart surgery with no space for mistakes)... and in holland he used to work at the childrens hospital in Utrecht. At the moment hes working with wood and roof structures and learning carpenter skills that are going to be very useful in building our beautiful land up. Hes also starting his private business importing these super dooper new ecological vertical windmills... more details about them in a chapter on my blog. My puss is a super talented and clever boy who never ceases to surprise me and hes the sweetest friend ever...! And... im such a lucky bunny cause... HES MINE...! No... im not sharing...!♥
