About Me

Starting with six years playing the trumpet, Harry Hartmanns abilitiy in playing different instruments grew over the years. By now the bass has become his main instrument, although he still works a lot on trumpet an guitar as well.
He played bass in many bands, starting with Punk Rock - a band with the unbeliveable name "Sassafras Albidium" - and cover music ("S.Ae.G." - standing for "Sport aeltere Generation"/"Sport for the older generation") going over improvised Hard Rock (with the funny name "Hairy Bread") to Progressive Rock (Legacy), Pop ( Wesentlich ) and a bit Jazz (sessions).
Recently Harry is bassist of the Progrockband Legacy and working in some side projects. He also startet getting credits for his sidejobs
