Born in Cuba in 1971,and studied classical piano for more than 12 years at the Profecional School of Music in Holguin ,Cuba with Isir Almaguer,Cecilio Gomes, Armando Leyva and Ramon Valles. Valles introduced me to jazz and became one of my favorite styles....
Currently I`m living in Canada where I have been sharing the stage with personalities of the music world like Arturo Sandoval, Yellowjackets, Jane Bunnett, Alfie Zappacosta, Michael Kaeshammer, Jully Black,and Dutch Robinson.
I`m also playing with the local Artists in the Atlantic area like Jeff Goodspeed, Lisa Lindo, Chris Mitchell, Linda Carvery, Doris Mason, Harvey Millar, Tom Roach, Shaunte Grant, Nadira, Kate Campbell,Cheryl Edgett, Ross Brandon, the Nova Scotia Masschoir, Salsa Picante, Latin Groove, Afromusic, and Joel Leblanc...
