::The Band
It came as if out of nowhere but soon managed to win the audience’s hearts with its hard rock music – THROLL . Musicians forming the band – Kuba a’ka The Godfather, Mateusz a’ka Drummer, Krzysiek a’ka Macul and Malwina a’ka Malva , are a group of people well – known in the Polish West-Pomeranian Region to hard rock and good fun lovers.
If one was to sum up the stage experience of all the band’s members it would appear that they have been making music for 50 years :), but the real date of THROLL’s formation is the year 2003.
Interestingly enough each member of the band originated from different professional bands of the west side of Poland which accounts for the genuine sound of the group.
It is definitely hard to pigeonhole THROLL’s music as each member of the band likes deferent kind of music and originates from a different genre. Jazz, Funk, Rock, Metal, even sang lyric poetry and widely understood classics consolidated and processed through esthetical taste of all four members of the band bore fruit in over 25 songs of the band.
THROLL’s musical undertakings, as the musicians admit, would have been pointless if not for the devoted fans and friends thanks to whom our existence makes sense.
For this reason and in order to meet fans’ expectations the band is finishing the long awaited record. With ‘favorable winds’ the cd will be available for sale soon. But till that happens we invite you to listen to some of our songs, watch the clip, laugh at our photos and write some comments :)
