About Me

Women’s sportsfighting is a somewhat obscure sport, something which is rapidly changing. If you're picturing scantily clad bimbo's rolling around in a pool of jelly with sleazy guys cheering them on, then think again! There’s no biting, scratching or hair pulling here either.Sportsfighting is a unique blend of Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Aikido and Wrestling. But don't think too far to the other extreme. This sport isn't all butch body-builder type females who walk out bloodied and broken after each fight. There are no head strikes and apart from the occasional bruise, there is rarely any real injuries. This is submission style fighting so the only way someone can get seriously hurt is if they don't know their own limits.Sportsfighting is for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. It's great for fitness and strength and is a great cardio workout as it uses every single muscle in your body. It teaches women how to protect themselves which also boosts self confidence. On top of that it's also awesome for stress and anger relief. There's nothing better than fighting out all the worries of the day with every ounce of strength you can muster to help you sleep well at night. It's as much of a work out for your brain as it is for your body. With all the locks chokes and other various holds, the whole sport is quite technical. As you advance and learn more moves, it becomes more about thinking and speed rather than brute strength. Winning fights by outwitting your opponent and getting the most submissions.Overall it's a great sport for any woman who wants to keep fit and learn how to protect themselves. It's also inexpensive as no costly equipment is necessary. A pair of shorts, a t-shirt and bare feet is all you need.Message for more information. Pics and videos coming soon.
