December 2007: Please check out A Strange Wednesday . I have had an incredible experience working with this solo artist, Russ Vanover, on his song "Singularity". I found his work here on Myspace over a year ago and instantly feel in love with the melodies, composition and overall emotion in his work and sent him a heartfelt message. The collaboration and friendship that followed was unexpected and most sincerely appreciated. It took a lot of soul searching to write the lyrics to this song, but it remains one of the more personal "stories" I've ever written lyrically - and I am thankful beyond expression for A Strange Wedensday for allowing me to merge my ideas with his beautiful song. It has been a wonderful journey, and I cannot wait for the next opportunity. Please check out the song and the rest of his work!!!

I have made the conscious decision to merge my futurepop/synthpop/EBM tracks back into Silent Auction!! (tracks like Detour, Power of Solitude, and What Remains)This is very exciting for both myself and the band. My main focus will primarily be with Silent Auction, however Chapter 2 will still remain my solo work (ie. the more experimental, trance, wacky stuff) and I will continue to post new tracks up that are purely my solo work as they develope. We, Silent Auction, have just released our newest CD.. "Amber Lights", which is a limited edition EP and is available here online!! Check out the link below for purchase!! I've been playing the piano since I was 9, and although I'm not technically classically trained, I did have private lessons from a local folk musician for about 5 years and have a basic knowledge of music theory. I never liked the "homework" for my lessons, I just liked figuring out what notes worked with which chords and the structure of songs. My teacher understood and switched my lessons from all classical to a mix with classic rock. I thank her for that. And I am still and avid painist, playing any keys I can get my hands on.
Now, many years later, my appreciation for music has grown through new levels and broken through personal barriers.

I joined Silent Auction, an electronic synthpop/industrial band in 2003 when Jason B (lead singer/founder/brains behind the music) invited me to perform at a live show at Vertex as female vocalist. Since then I have taken what I already know from piano and theory and my appreciation for techno-electronica/industrial/ebm and have begun my own journey into composition.
If you are interested in hearing any of my music or Silent Auction's in the flesh, consider yourself personally invited to our next show. We'll be posting and advertising when have an exact date and location. Our set list is growing and changing as we continue to work in the studio.
