Punk Dead? Nah mate.

About Me

Considered by many to be the peak of punk music. Rising from the ashes of '77 the years 1980-84 were a golden age for punks that saw an explosion of bands and labels that blasted the music back into the ears and eyes of youth the world over. More raw and more real the seventies breed of punk. The first wave of punk to be influenced by punk led to a uncompromised, authentic and urgent sound. No longer from the middle-class art students, but genuinely straight from the streets and the dole queue. Arguably the most influential time period in punk music history. Rough, chaotic and political call it whatever you want it's pure fuckin punk that can only be made in the UK!
