About Me

was born in May 2004 in Serres, Greece. The band moves on an Epic/Power metal style with influences from the mid 80's. The founding members are Manos Moutaftsis (Rhythm Guitar ex- Torment Angel, Icon of Sin, Sacred Blood), Chris Kyriakopoulos (Bass Guitar) and Dimitris Anastasopoulos (Lead Guitar ex Aenaon) who are still the backbone of the band. The band made many live performances in several different places like: Serres' open air theatre, Valhalla metal club in Komotini, at Music Breakpoint Festival in Serres for two continuous years, Rock Bottom club at Thessaloniki and many more... During that period the band was passing through some changes. Singers were coming and going, drummers as wellâ€¦ until April 2006 when this parody ended. So we found a new vocalist for the band. A very talented 15 year old named Kostas Mantziaris. In our first rehearsal with Kostas we all knew that this was the voice we were looking for. A few weeks later we were lucky (George we owe you!!!) and Michalis Karatzas contacted us. Weâ€™ve already known him from his great drumming as an ex member of Still Heaven, Macedon Harriers and Clonosis. Without thinking much on the issue he was hired as our new drummer! At this period of time the family of Dragon's Lair was finally completed! The band now (December 2006) is getting ready to get in the studio and start recording its new self-financed EP.
