Tenia Nelson

Tenia Renee Nelson has been playing percussion and jazz piano since middle school. Tenia not only plays, but is also a music teacher in the Denver Public Schools system. Tenia has played with musicians such as Ian Hutchison, Manuel Lopez, Forrest Wernick, OJ Blackwell, Mark Simon, Ron Miles, and Keith Oxman to name a few. Tenia has studied with Ron Miles, Mark Foster, Marc Sabatella, Eric Gunnison, and Ron Bland.
