Her debut CD, "take me" (1999) received airplay in New York City on two major radio stations -- WBLS and WQCD -- and thanks to the internet is currently enjoying a resurgence of sales around the world, including the UK, USA, Germany, Japan, France, Finland, Spain, Italy, Brazil, and Poland, to name a few. Musicians on Ria's CD include Mark White (Spin Doctors bass player), Trevor Gale (Whitney Houston drummer), Hubert Eaves (D Train) and more... Prior to becoming a professional singer/songwriter, Ria attended Oneida High School and Colgate University.
