The Terminatorz (a.k.a. "De Vernietigers", "The Magic 8", "The Who?")
      -Band formed: June 2003
-Split up: September 2003, after first gig @ FestiVos
          -Come back: who knows?
            -Hometown: Zurenborg (Antwerp)
-About us: Every once in a while, there's a musician or band who has a mission, who makes a difference, who makes you think... about music, about life, about the act of thinking itself. We choose two words to define us as a band, as an entity: ANTI-MUSIC. That's the basic idea, our concept, our mission. We are against music as you know it: the instant pop music, but also the underground shit. We are fighting against the system... we are... ANTI-MUSIC. Our mission is clear: we want to change how people think about bands, concerts, lyrics, melodies... everything actually. We aren't a band, you aren't an audience, we don't play music... we just are, we exist in the moment and that is it. Finally, we've declared war on the so called genre-boxes, we transcent them all, we play freely without thinking about genres, we play TOTAL-MUSIC, which basically is ANTI-MUSIC. We play every kind of music and at the same time no kind of music at all. Our goal is: reach everyone. I hope we've succeeded.
-Single releases: "Stick It Where The Sun Don't Shine"
                "Oedipus (Liefdeslaan)"
                "Wil Je Me Even"
                "Don't Drop The Soap"
-Released albums: "The Terminatorz Live @ FestiVos" (critically acclaimed album, album of the month in 'Gigantic Asses' of december 2004)
-Unfinished/unreleased work: "Seven Reasons Why You're A Traitor Bitch" (b-side single), "Spank, Spank" (b-side single, never released because of explicit content), "Chorus No More" (c-side single), "Disco for Porno" (post-disco soul metal album), "Experimental Waves" (solo release by Big L), "Dirty T in D-minor" (solo album by Dirty T), "Balaton Brakes" (nu-ambient EP by G-Spöt) "The Negative Spiral" (concept album, not yet released due to a law suite), "Sexycollegegirls.com" (other concept album, about the objectivation of women in the media, too controversial for a proper release)
-Calling all fans: We've put a jihad on the heads of all the 'Ösgood Schlatter' bandmembers ("We hate you guys so much!!"). Boycot them, find them, hunt them down like the dogs that they are, kick their asses for us and we will give you free 'Terminatorz'-merchandize!!

                                      List of 'on hold'-projects:

Hi Terminatorz-lovers, long time no blog! Because of the sudden, un-announced split of the band, many projects of the band had to be put on hold. I'll list a few here:- There were (confirmed) talks th...

                                      Finally, finally, finally

Finally, the original tapes of the legendary cumback tour are found! We received a lot of fanmail the last couple of weeks of fans asking why there aren't any soundclips to be found on our myspace. Be...

                                      Q&A: What about the fans?

Seen as we are (were actually) a small, beginning band, we only have one fan club to date: The Pius X Terminator fan club. Above you see the founders of the club. They have supported us from the begin...

                                      Q&A: Song lyrics?

We know of our selves that we aren't a band with the most poetic lyrics out there. But one thing we can tell: the lyrics come from the bottom of our hearts. They can be a bit controversial (some radio...

Q&A: What are some of the side projects of the 'Terminatorz' members?

As posted before, some of the "Terminator"-members have some side projects. I'll mention a few and I'll try to keep this blog updated:- Our lead guitar player Byais has numorous projects, too many to ...

Q&A: Who the heck is Ösgood Schlatter and why do we hate them?

You've probably heard about our already 4 years lasting feud with "Ösgood Schlatter". Normally we're not a hatefilled band (we're good christians, well most of us anyway), so we like to set the record...

Q&A: Why are 'The Terminatorz' currently on a hiatus?

You're probably wondering why "The Terminatorz" aren't a band anymore. Well, first of all: we're still a band, but currently we're not rehearsing or touring anymore. The reason is simple: irreconcilab...
