The ASAP’s is a two man orchestra, which was founded on the spur of the moment while waiting for a train on an autumnal Monday. The same evening the first two concerts for the next weekend were sold. The concerts went like waltz despite the nervousness, and so it was decided that the lifespan of the orchestra will be extended.
After having recovered from the concerts, we decided to record three samples of the repertoire, but due to some weaknesses of today’s technology only one song was recorded. The recordings will continue at the first opportunity. The samples can be listened on this web page under Music.
The ASAP’s is Antti Toiviainen in vocals and guitars and Samuli Halonen in drums. The repertoire consists of awkward versions of the musicians’ favourite compositions and sometimes this sometimes that.
