sometimes i ride my bike everywhere for so long that i forget to ride my mopeds. so i start to ride my mopeds and it feels crazy and fast and awkward. then i remember how nice it is to bike, and i go back to biking everywhere. it feels weird and tall at first, but for the first week or so you really appreciate the fact that you don't smell like gasoline all the time.

riding my safari everywhere, feeling like im going fast. being awkward. trying to go to the gym. making letters with glitter pens. jokes. cooking at home. trying to settle in. being excited for spring. planning my summer away. watching my cactus grow. SCIENCE! exploring the city on foot and bike. moped rides with good friends. mexican food. out of town adventures. ultimate punches. big plans, halfway done. missing pocket. fake diamonds and gold. learning things completely new, and being excited about it.

i just made a donation in the name of my salon to the Queen Beez Motorcycle and Social Association, Inc. Apparently they are the first all female sport bike and social club to be founded in Richmond....
