Big E is a name that resounds amongst many underground musicians in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas. He is a jack of all trades who engages in the music industry with vigor and an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
As a Communications Major at Sam Houston State University, he had a brief stint as the Hip Hop Coordinator for 90.5 FM "The Kat." He aslo severved as a promotion/production intern for KSAM Radio, both located in Huntsville, Texas.
It was these professional experiences coupled with some life decisions that have shaped his work ethic and contributed to his involvement in the entertainment industry.
Big E was very instrumental in breaking several underground artists in the "Brazos Valley Area" of Texas, names include: Varsity Records, Seven Figure Entertainment, Hezeleo(TGR/UGK Records), Miss Money, Ghostwriters (Blackgroove),and Teedra Moses(TVT). His Houston breakthroughs are Willo Tha Wiz (NI Music), Rawalty(ABOYZ Ent.), and C-RIZ (Champsouth/Blackflame) just to name a few.
Many may also recognize this face from a brief but sweet stay with the Assassins Productions.
Big E is a commodity who has positioned and aligned himself with many elites in the entertainment industry at various times and various places, and is now taking the time out to re-embrace the knowledge of the business to once again emerge as a talent broker/agent in the Southern Region of The United States.
"E" as he likes to be called, loves to be on the cutting edge of talent and markets that are on the verge of making it big in the business. "It's real simple man...I like to keep my hear to the streets. I feel like, if I do that effectively I will not who's hot and who's not at all times."
At the current moment, Big E is putting several promotional ideas to contribute to the success and industry emergence of his promotions/record label.
"What I'm trying to do very simple. I want to build relationships with any and everyone who is trying to gain exposure and get the cash. The industry is built on relationships and networks. I am trying to get in as many loops and circles as possible. I promote when the sun comes up and when it goes down, when your girl thinks your song sucks or when its hot. I promote when I'm sleepy, when I'm hungry, when I'm grinding, when I'm tired, when I'm smashing. I PROMOTE PROMOTE PROMOTE, that's just what I do!"
What Big E plans on doing is forming a conglomerate/ network of underground artist who are willing to work, travel, and promote their music through his promotions and management company. The effect from this will be a recognizable brand promoting underground artists as a forefront for a future record label.
