Amidst Haze

R.I.P Carl Dagg - the gentle giant

About Me

Amidst Haze is a progressive extreme metal band leaning closer to black/pagan metal than anything while incorporating elements from death metal, doom metal, classical, and folk. We formed in Christchurch, New Zealand in the year 2000 and we're currently in the process of mixing our debut: A Dying Race.
Your support is appreciated if you are genuinely interested in black/extreme metal and/or mythology. Do not add us if you aren't.
A Dying Race and its themes have no relation to nationality. The race being addressed is a mythological Celtic tribe called the Tuatha De Dannan who - in the record - act as a metaphor for a race of people connected not by blood but by the hearts that pump it.
