THE STRING SELECTION is Australia’s only all FEMALE ELECTRIC STRING SECTION, comprising of the finest young, glamorous and virtuosic string players from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
EXPERIENCED in the fast-evolving music industry, The String Selection musicians have rocked the stages at Live Earth, the Big Day Out, Good Vibrations, Homebake and the Woodford Folk Festival and have also provided the sounds for Hollywood feature films.
PRESENTATION is integral for The String Selection image, bringing a stunning and eye-catching backdrop as backing strings for live shows. The String Selection provides a string section for a wide variety of artists, available as a string quartet up to a full string section. This dynamic team now brings to you a lush and organic sound crossed with unprecedented high impact stage presence suitable to many genres of music, from rock and pop through to RnB and Hip Hop.
