G-Mix is a man of many talents , considering himself a "hands on producer" , "Tha G" is a skilled piano man, drummer, audio engineer and dope turntablist , not to mention a rude bwoy vocal coach who has lent his talents to the likes of Busta Rhymes, Mary J Blige, Lemar Kele Laroc and Mike GLC to name but a few!! Hailing from a musical background, G was schooled in all things musical from an early age; " Both my brothers are accomplished musicians, Greg is a rude Latin percussionist/ songwriter and Mikey was the bass player for Culture Club with Boy George so as a kid coming up I saw a lot and was around musical peeps all the time. I was also lucky enough to be able to use all the technology as it came through; samplers, drum machines, sequencers porta studios, you name it , I had access to it! My brother Greg had and still has, one of the dopest record collections held by any one I know and this was part of my aural training, listening to how instruments/ vocals were arranged. I was always curious to know who did what on a track." G-Mix currently runs his own label in the Uk and is set to release his first project on AWOL Ent by Natijah entitled Story Of My Life.... here is just a taste of things to come.....
