Jeffrey Daniel first found fame as a 16 year old dancer on U.S. TV show Soul Train with his dance partner Jody Watley. Jeffrey and Jody with Howard Hewett went on to become multimillion album selling soul group SHALAMAR. They scored globals hits with songs like "Take That to The Bank, A Night to Remember, There It Is and Friends". Jeffrey pioneered the street dance body popping and locking craze and is recognised as an original O.G. in the world of dance. He is renowned for teaching Michael Jackson to Moonwalk and went on to choreograph and appear in music videos such as Smooth Criminal and Bad. He was a creative consultant on Ghosts and for many of Michael's live tours. Other choreography credits include, Johnny Gill, Vanessa Williams and Paul McCartney's "Give my regards to Broad Street". For a number of years Jeffrey moved to Japan working as a radio DJ host and producer. JD has residencies in three countries -the USA,UK and Japan.
In May 2007 Jeffrey appeared as the compere on the Michael Jackson 26 date UK hit - Thriller live tour.
