I haven't updated this in a while and it's actually the perfect time to do so. Life is truly beautiful. Growing more and more so each and everyday. I am truly blessed just to be able to breath and after that, well, everything else is a gift. I am still (and always will be) a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. Something that when I look back on, I do not do so in disdain, but in revelation. Those days gone by have helped make me the person I am today. The trials and tribulations have forged my deep seeded faith in the love and understanding of Jesus Christ. Without Him I am nothing, but in Him, I am truly fulfilled, I am truly alive...My life without the people God has placed in it at this time is quite unthinkable. He has brought one person in particular in to my life quite recently who has truly shaken me at my core. I am enlightened yet again of the presence and beauty of God every time I take the slightest glance in her direction, every time I see her smile, every time I hear her sweet voice. Today, I live my life one day, one moment at a time, trying not to forecast down the line too far, but I can't help but imagine how incredible life is going to be walking this road of life with her by my side.Thank you baby for just being you.
