Edenyzed born in 2004 from an idea of
Phemtis (vocals & lyrics) and
Noras (synth, guitar & programming) to give life to a musical project which integrates both electronic and symphonic elements in an extremely incisive line surrounded by screaming vocals and obscure atmospheres. And so, in summer 2004, Edenyzed give birth to their first single
"Dancing insanity", which style represents a meeting between the more extreme EBM and classical/symphonic atmospheres. Few months later borns the idea to write new material for an EP that will end soon to become the raw material for Edenyzed's debut album
"Vanity moves the World" which represents a turning point for the band, both for the considerable quantity of new songs created in very small times and for the style, which wanders off from the debuts of Dancing insanity, with a sound closer to electro-metal without leaving classic, symphonic and decadent elements and the references to harsh EBM. At the beginning of 2007, two new members officially joined the band: bassist
Noiser and guitarrist
Thrymmer.
At present, we're working on the composition of the new songs that will make up the next Edenyzed's EP.

-A self produced debut album of 44 minutes, without any fillers, and without sounding like any other band...where do you find that these days? Edenyzed proves that this very select disease still exsists. Ensoph ft. Stormlord comes close, but this band has way more originality. Yes ladies and gentleman, this is just superb! Now lets hope that some major label will have the balls to sign these talents and to send them on a world tour!

-The band proposes a romantic approach with their visuals nearer to gothic than everything else: standard gibus, costumes and good dress are required. Thus, they play a very good music and it is efficient because everything is in its place there. They conceive a strong universe that takes the listener away like a man dreaming under the wormwood influence into a mysterious world. We will not leave this band without after-effects. I expect some more from them. A very good production because all the songs have a high level of quality. This stuff is awesome and the lay-out is polished. So, I recommend to keep a close listening on this band.
