Proyecto creado en el 2005 y con sede en Barcelona. Planteado para dar cabida a un trabajo sonoro autodefinido como un mix entre techno, industrial, EBM y punk. Influenciado por bandas de punk y post punk como Suicide, de sonido industrial como Throbbing Gristle o Esplendor Geometrico u otras mas cercanas al EBM como Skinny Puppy o Klinik, da salida a un sonido propio y de dificil encasillamiento que se caracteriza por generar un beat techno con un groove energico y unos extranos reefs pop.

Esplendor Geometrico and Throbbing Gristle for industrial sound, and closer ones to EBM such as Skinny Puppy and Klinik, makes Hierro have a unique sound and is difficult to be labelled.
