I enjoy photography, art, music, animals, flowers, good friends, and good times. I dislike animal abuse, spiders, clowns, and negativity. I'm enjoying my "vacation" SOOOOOO MUCH, but it's time for me to find a job. I'm looking for something meaningful and fun - perhaps another non-profit.
I smell like roses. I've been having crazy dreams lately. My dog is a little bit crazy, but he's super sweet and I love him! I have a parrot who talks & barks and just might live as long as me. I'm a vegAQUArian.
I painted a wall in my apartment red to match my vintage 101 cafe diner booth. I just read online that according to feng shui the color should be used moderately and I put it on my creativity (yay!) / children (oops!) wall.
I LOVE my building and I'm writing a book on the history and hauntings of it! People who park directly under the canopy in the front of my building annoy the shit out of me... but not as much as the people who don't clean up their dog's shit.
I have lots of CDs. It drives me nuts when my CDs aren't in alphabetical order. I like all types of music ranging from pop to hardcore punk to go go to reggae. The Garden State soundtrack has been my favorite album for (literally) 3 1/2 years. Bob Marley was hot and his music always makes me smile.
I don't really watch movies, but I own everything Jackass and all things associated with it on DVD.
I grew up on the East coast, but will live on the West coast for the rest of my life. I live in the heart of Hollywood, so I like to go out and get shatrocked on a Tuesday and stay at home in my pajamas on Saturdays.
I use the work "douchebag" a lot... especially while driving... which is NOT very often. I walk to most places.
I like scary art. My African statues and my mannequin scare people on a regular basis. I hang out with a lot of ladies named Lindsey/Lindsay/Lyndsy (seriously... a lot!) I like guys from New Jersey.
I think U2 and Prince are overrated. I love it when punk rockers come out with solo acoustic albums. I don't like "classic rock." I miss touring. I've never really been the girl who has "boyfriends," but I have a lot of "pretend boyfriends." A guy wrote a song about my sister. I want a guy to write a song about me.
I'm a drunk texter. When I wake up and see the track ball on my Sidekick flashing blue my 1st thought is "oh shit!" Tiny's is my favorite bar.
I believe in the law of attraction and the power of self. I'm very intuitive. I burn candles all the time.
I wear black most of the time, but my favorite colors are pink and burgundy. I want a bubble gum pink car. I'm always worried about earthquakes. I go back to Maryland about once every year... and a half?
I heard the best term today... a friend called "scavenger" birds "BIRDS OF OPPORTUNITY!" Everything should be so well phrased.
One of my pet peeves is the words ME and I used incorrectly in a sentence. Here's the trick... If you would write "Here's a picture of me drinking" then you would say "Here's a picture of Bob AND ME drinking. If you would say "I like to drink" then you would say "Bob AND I like to drink." Do this in your head every time you are referring to you and other people. It works. I promise. You're welcome! ; )
